立式精密磨床主要結構探用高級鑄鐵FC-30經正常化熱處理,探低遇波熔爐,吠喃樹脂砂模鑄造,確保機體安定、固型、耐磨耗。
機械結構設計主要考量負荷,速度,精度與穩定性。為了達到以上強度條件,結構件的設計探用較為穩固的三角形作為設計基礎,肋骨的三角設計則可符合力流增加抗彎曲剛性與抗扭剛性。
MACHINE MAIN STRUCTURE
They are cast of high grade FC-30 iron, meltedby advanced induction furnace, then cast inresin cores. In order to ensure stability andrigidity, they are heat-treated with normalizingprocedure prior to machining.
This mechanical structure major consider load,speed, accuracy and stability. In order toachieve above conditions, the structure wasdesigned with a more stable triangle rib ofprinciple, it can be increased rigidity againstbending and torsional rigidity.
